The Grand Hyatt Dubai was at one time the largest hotel in Dubai,
and still maintains its prominence as one of the top business and
conference hotels in the city. Our brief was to carry out a full
renovation of the bedrooms and bathrooms on a “super fast track”
basis, to ensure all rooms could be let during high season.

A full strip out in a very limited timeframe, whilst the hotel was in
operation proved challenging. Our bathrooms scope included
re-tiling, installing new waterproofing and screeds, replacing new
white marble mosaic floors and marble slab to walls, new vanity
counter and shower enclosure, new mirrors throughout, new
gypsum ceilings, and providing new sanitaryware and accessories.
In the bedrooms our scope included all new electrical services,
timber joinery to walls, wallpapering and decorations, reveneering
of doors, new timber flooring, laying new carpets and installing all
new loose furniture and upholstery within the rooms.
Each phase of the works was completed in a short 4 month period,
proving our ability to deliver results in a demanding environment
and our world class capabilities.
