Extensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing works inclusive of a fully revamped sewage treatment plant were executed. Logistics and sequencing in a closely co-ordinated manner along with our client, consultants and specialized suppliers was paramount to success on this particular project. Redesigned wall moldings, new custom made furniture, bespoke designed carpets and carefully selected fabrics transformed the hotel with a completely new look.

Specialised woodwork, metalwork, kitchen equipment and all new AV and IT requirements were an integral part of our remit. All new soft furnishings for the entire project were also developed and manufactured in house to exacting standards.
