Complimenting the stunning surroundings of the sparkling, and shimmering Arabian Gulf, the interiors are cool, bright and airy, brimming with understated Arabian grandeur, inspired by blue skies, sand dunes and Bedouin traditions. Custom printed wallcoverings depicting pencil sketch scenes of Dubai’s former coastal and desert landscapes, with soft light coloured marbles, and driftwood style timbers in a soft hue accentuated the contemporary fresh look of this world class beach resort. Carefully selected oak veneers and suiting solid oak timbers were used for all the joinery, including solid oak “plantation style” fully extension movable partitioning separating bedroom from bathroom, and also lounge to bedroom.

New FD60 fire doors were constructed, and fabricated in house at our accredited facilities to meet the stringent requirements of the local authorities, and project specific tested to ensure compliance. Capitalising on our in house project management and advanced, well equipped factory resources, our company were able to complete all works on time, and to the benchmark requirement of our client on yet another iconic landmark development.
