At the bustling crossroads along the Deira Creek stands the twin
towers of the Hyatt Regency Creek Heights. With one tower
dedicated to furnished residential apartments, and one tower
dedicated to a 5 star luxury hotel, we were responsible for the
successful full interior fit out of both towers. Our scope of work
included all gypsum ceilings, wall panelling, decorations, marble
flooring, kitchens and worktops, joinery, furniture, mirror panelling,
architectural and decorative lighting, carpets and soft furnishings.

With clean geometrical lines to all walls and gypsum ceilings,
upholstered panelling with metal channels edge details, and
ceiling recesses to allow for soft led lighting, attention to detail
was paramount to ensure a high quality finish. The successful sale
of all of the freehold apartments, and high hotel occupany are an
endorsement of the quality and attention to detail that are our
