Our primary scope covered fitout works for the guest rooms and suites which included carpentery and joinery works, fixed furniture, wall panelling and specialist glazing works.

Our fitout and FF&E scope was further extended to the gym, spa and outdoor bar which included timber floor finishes, gypsum partitions & ceilings, timber ceilings, joinery works and doors, stone and tile works, decorative floor finishes, specialist glass and decorative metal works, wallcovering, casegoods & upholstered furniture, drapery and light fittings.
