An iconic world record acclaimed landmark building leaning at a staggering 18 degrees presented numerous challenges for our company in the full interior fit-out package awarded.

With an initial contract starting with the valued award of bedroom specialist joinery for all the 187 bedrooms, our package grew to include all of the internal bedroom walls, gypsum work, specialist bathroom glazing, bathroom fit-out, and tiling of all the bedrooms and suites, utilizing the services of our in-house glazing and gypsum divisions.

Highly figured Zebrano veneers were hand selected to present a stunning matched and suiting appearance on each guest room wall, providing a “wow” factor and commercial appeal to enhance the guest experience.

Guest furniture including headboards, cantilevered bedside units, and free-standing desk units were all constructed in-house for all of the bedrooms, combining the natural beauty and grain of real Zebrano veneer, using suiting solid hardwood edges with precision engineered polished stainless steel trims and frames, the net result being a contemporary and striking mix of natural raw materials providing a harmonious and balanced 5-star interior.
