Another mega development in the prime downtown area of Dubai
by our Client, Emaar, comprising a prestigious mixed use three
tower skyscraper development overlooking the fountains, with our
scope including the full fit out of 194 bedrooms, bathrooms,
corridors for a new Address Hotel, and also 204 bedrooms,
bathrooms, corridors for the serviced apartments.

Our works in the hotel included civil works to the bedrooms and
balconies, floor screeding, tiling, liner walls, plastering, ceiling and
gypsum works, wallpapering and decorations, wall mouldings, all
internal joinery, fire doors, and fitted furniture, headboards, and
mirrors, and laminated tempered glazing within the bathrooms. In
the corridors our works included screeding, liner walls, decorations,
and FD 60 and FD 90 Fire doors.
Within the apartments our works also included the manufacture
and installation of all of the fitted kitchen units, and solid surfacing
worktops. In the BOH areas our works included over 60 storeys of
custom fabricated handrailing, with epoxy coatings to all BOH
areas, and plant rooms, and shaft checker plate flooring.
