Emaar Properties successfully completed the refurbishment of its
hotel, the Address Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai and we were
contracted with the Design Team to formulate a proposed design
in a two-phase programme which involved three months’ full
shutdown of public areas and partial guestroom refurbishment.
This was followed by partial shutdown to complete the guest room
upgrade on individual floors for another three months.

Our brief covered the interior works for 243 guestrooms and suites,
corridors, public areas, conference rooms and food & beverage
areas. The scope included interior fit out and MEP works with
gypsum ceiling & partitions, civil works, decorative ceiling works,
stone and tiling works, specialist joinery and cabinetry works,
doors, decorative metal and glazing works, fabric cladding,
wallcovering and specialist paint finishes.
Each phase was completed in the stipulated time and proves yet
again that our company approach, technical “know-how”, and
substantial inhouse resources provide the results that are expected
in a demanding environment and testament to our world class
capabilities.
