The Grand Mauritian Resort & Spa is a truly luxurious resort hotel set in ten hectares of lush landscaped beach front on the
shores of the Indian Ocean.
All 193 rooms and suites are sea facing and our scope included
the complete fit-out of all hard finishes to floors, ceilings and walls. The custom designed furniture and joinery were only a minor part of the mock-up rooms that were purpose-built in our Dubai factory.
A full working guest room and bathroom in beautiful marble,
inclusive of lighting, upholstery, drapery and artworks were
tweaked to perfection, prior to approval and full production.
Meticulous attention to detail during each and every step of
construction was closely monitored by our experienced
management team.
Our remit also included complete procurement and
manufacture of all elements for the public areas, restaurants,
Bar 68 and gymnasium. The extensive exterior joinery works
integral to the atmosphere of the resort provided its own
challenge, with the impressive result being reward in itself.
Meeting rooms, banqueting, spa, outdoor furniture and
accessories completed our scope in providing Starwood with a
unique 5-star property.
