Our scope included all of the re-inforced metal frame internal walls prefabricated at our factory, all floor, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting, fitted joinery, bathroom sanitaryware, faucets, and glazing, stone and tiling works, and decorative internal metalwork.

Located along the historic incense trade route against the backdrop of desert plains and the Hijaz mountains, this design pays homage to Nabatean architectural heritage with cementitious finishes throughout, natural rope and sustainable tropical hardwood timbers enhanced with classic fixtures and fitting throughout providing a stylish and unique retreat for the luxury traveller. Full mock up rooms were constructed in our factory to ensure every key decision was confirmed by the formidable and highly experienced Red Sea Global team at full size prior to installation.
