Located on the 52nd and 53rd floor of the Address Sky View Hotel,
the Observatory offers an action-packed experience centre with
360 degree panoramic vision over the skyline of Dubai.
Move outside the facade “Mission Impossible” style, slip down a
cantilevering all-glass slide constructed from quadruple laminated
glass, or walk the 25m cantilevering glass floor and admire the
world over 200 metres below you. For those less in need of an
adrenaline booster, the restaurant and lounge allow visitors to
enjoy the City of Dubai, with views onto the interactive kinetic wall,
a parametric sculpture and a multi-media wall.

Our company were entrusted to carry out the complete new build
fit out on levels 52 and 53 from shell and core, including restaurant,
all MEP services with special ventilation/cooling requirements ,
decorative spiral staircase from floor 52 to 53, kinetic wall and
multi media wall, fitted joinery, as well as all internal wall floor and
ceiling finishes.
This project was precision engineered, and constructed in sections
at our factories due to limited accessibility on the top floors of the
Adress Skyview hotel, and re-assembled to exacting tolerances to
provide our client and their guests with a state of the art unique
hospitality experience.
